Alto Agent provides automated job search and application software. By connecting your accounts and providing your professional information (such as your resume/CV), you authorize our AI agents to search for relevant job openings and submit applications on your behalf to third-party platforms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including Google OAuth logins) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service to submit fraudulent, inappropriate, or misleading applications.
Our service automates interactions with third-party job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and career websites. You acknowledge that:
Our application uses Google APIs to function (e.g., Google Drive for accessing resumes). Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Certain features of Alto Agent are subject to subscription fees. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
No Guarantee of Employment: Alto Agent is a productivity tool. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in job interviews, job offers, or employment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alto Systems AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of career opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Alto Agent at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
