At Alto Systems AI ("we", "us", or "our"), developers of the Alto Agent application, the privacy of our visitors and clients is one of our main priorities. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect through our website (altosystemsai.com) and our application (altoagent.altosystemsai.com), how we use it, and your rights under global privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and CalOPPA.

• Contact Details: Full Name, Work Email Address, and Phone Number.
• Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) and we do not store this data directly.

2. Google API Services & User Data

The Alto Agent application utilizes Google APIs to automate workflows, including accessing and exporting files from Google Drive. If you choose to connect your Google account, we will access specific data authorized by you.

Google Limited Use Disclosure: Alto Agent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Workspace data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Data Sharing: Alto Agent does not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties, except as required for legal compliance or to provide the specific services authorized by the user. We do not use Google Workspace data to train AI models.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Alto Agent and our enterprise services.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our platform.
• Understand and analyze how you use our application.

Like any other application, Alto Agent and Alto Systems AI use "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. We use this information to optimize the users' experience and secure our application via Cloudflare.

5. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to request access to the personal data we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. You also have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information, though Alto Systems AI does not sell user data to third parties.
